We were proud and privileged to have been guests of Focus SB at the awards. The design collaboration journey has been fascinating and a constant learning curve.

Winning for us, as a small company against larger well known lighting brands, was a genuine shock and for it to have been the 1st SBID award for Focus makes it extra special.

THE CLEAR GLASS AMBASSADOR WALL LIGHT

Launched at Decorex 2023, the Ambassador Wall Light is an exclusive design collaboration between Jeff & Gwyn (Gwyn Carless at The Light Yard) and the in-house technical engineers and finishing experts at Focus SB. The Ambassador Wall Light offers a striking addition to the bespoke hospitality interiors product range at Focus SB.

THE SMOKED GLASS AMBASSADOR WALL LIGHT

Complemented by three metal finish options comprising Jordan bronze, satin and antique brass this industry-first collaboration offers luxury interior designers unique handcrafted bedside lighting pieces in clear, smoked and reeded glass shade options.

THE REEDED GLASS AMBASSADOR WALL LIGHT

The glass shade details of each Ambassador Wall Light are cut by hand using traditional techniques (a ruler and glass knife) and bonded by hand in our Chesterfield studio. Edges are arrised (smoothed) by hand. The long thin rectangular glass shades are complemented by an attractive Tubular Gold Flex LED filament dimmable lamp.
